Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-27

Who you are agreeing with

By using this site or buying any product on it, you agree to these terms with Ingenii Inc, a Delaware corporation. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the products. Contact for legal inquiries: christine@operatoriq.io.

What you get

Each product on the hub (SkillVault, LLMRadar, affiliate content, blog) describes what is delivered on its own page. Lifetime plans are lifetime of the product, not lifetime of the buyer. If a product is discontinued, lifetime buyers receive a pro-rata refund based on what we consider fair value remaining.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked, on every product. Email christine@operatoriq.io with your purchase email and we will refund through the original payment method. For subscriptions, prorated refunds are available within the first 14 days of any new billing period; outside that window, cancel and we will not bill the next cycle.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law, don't try to circumvent the security of the products, don't scrape or resell our content without written permission. For SkillVault: the bundled skills are licensed for use by you and your organisation; redistributing the bundle itself is a breach. For LLMRadar: the API keys you provide stay with us only for monitoring purposes; we never sell or share them.

No warranty, limited liability

The products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Our maximum liability to you in connection with the products is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $200, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Bug bounty (SkillVault)

If you find a verifiable vulnerability in any shipped SkillVault skill, we pay $200 (or €200 for EU buyers) and publish a disclosure within 48 hours. Email christine@operatoriq.io with a reproduction and a non-Twitter inbox we can send the payout to.

Governing law

Delaware law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware. EU buyers retain mandatory consumer rights under their local jurisdiction.
