Privacy Policy

The hub at venture-hub-snowy.vercel.app and every product on it (SkillVault, LLMRadar, all affiliate and blog routes) is operated by Ingenii Inc, a Delaware corporation. Ingenii Inc is the data controller for all personal data collected through this site. For any privacy inquiry, write to christine@operatoriq.io and we will respond within 14 days.

We collect only what we need to deliver the product you asked for. Three categories:

• Email address, if you sign up for a newsletter, request a free PDF, or check out. Used for transactional email (receipts, login links, weekly digests) and, with separate consent, marketing email.
• Payment information, processed entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number; we receive a tokenised reference plus your billing email.
• Anonymous analytics: page view, referrer, hashed IP. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party ad pixels. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track signal — we honour it.

We use the following sub-processors. Each handles your data only on our instructions and under signed Data Processing Agreements where applicable:

• Stripe (payments, receipts)
• Supabase (database hosting, US East)
• Vercel (web hosting, edge network)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Anthropic (LLM inference for our AI features; data is not used to train models)
• Private Email by Namecheap (inbound and outbound mail for partnership outreach)

We do not sell personal data and never will. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

You can request a copy of every piece of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. EU and UK residents have these rights under GDPR; California residents have them under CCPA. Email christine@operatoriq.io and we will action it within 30 days. Account holders can also self-serve a data export from their dashboard once that feature ships.

Newsletter subscriber rows live forever or until you unsubscribe, whichever is first. Payment records are retained 7 years to satisfy US tax requirements. Anonymised analytics are aggregated weekly and the raw rows discarded.

If this policy changes materially, we will email everyone on the subscriber list and post a notice on the home page for 30 days before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page is the source of truth.
