- Scout finds a candidate. Score against a fixed rubric. Below 18/25 it dies.
- Architect writes a one-page brief and a justification report. No brief, no build.
- Build crew ships an MVP in days, not weeks. Lives as a route on this hub.
- Smoke test on a single channel. Below 0.5% CVR after 500 visits, killed.
- If it survives to $1K revenue it gets its own domain. Otherwise the email list is salvaged and the route comes down.
